Upload clear product and seal photos, describe all wear or damage, and submit. The owner signs an itemized offer. Review the exact amount, deductions, shipping deadline and agreement before electronically accepting.
Use the confirmed destination and approved label. Keep proof of carrier acceptance. Arrival is logged and inspection targets 2 business days. Discrepancies are documented and revised offers require your acceptance.
Conforming accepted goods must be paid within 5 business days of inspection approval. Transfers may take additional provider settlement time. Track status, deadline and reference in Payouts.
Sealed NM, LP and MP describe outer packaging, not the grade of individual cards. Tears, dents, creases and seal concerns are disclosed with photos; mixed condition lots receive separate line prices. Standard carrier shipping is covered by ZERO; overnight carrier postage is split equally (any odd cent goes to the seller). Required tracking is seller-paid only when separately charged. Included tracking is not charged again. Exact charges are itemized in the signed offer and deducted from payout; no surprise shipping deduction.
Provider limits, technical issues, account restrictions or the available funding rail can prevent a particular method. The team explains the issue privately and asks you to confirm an available alternative. No silent change of recipient details, and no automatic forfeiture of money owed.
No. The receiving team verifies the parcel and its contents, then inspects quantities, packaging and authenticity. The timeline distinguishes carrier movement, verified receipt and inspection approval.
Nonconforming goods can be rejected or offered a documented revised price. You may accept the revision or dispute the findings. Rejected goods and return costs are resolved in writing. Genuine accepted goods remain payable. Deliberate misrepresentation may result in suspension or a ban after review.
Apply for buyer or combined access. Request available inspected stock, review the invoice and verified payment instructions, report your payment reference, and follow fulfillment. The owner independently verifies receipt of funds.
It manages the records and workflow. The operator sends money through their payment provider and purchases labels through their carrier, then records the reference or uploads the label here. Changing a status does not execute a bank transfer.
Weekdays excluding the holiday dates configured by the business. The original deadline is recorded when inspection is approved. Provider settlement timing is shown separately from the business’s obligation to initiate payment.
CASHOUT PURCHASE AGREEMENT · 2026-11-03.1 PARTIES. The seller identified in the signed offer and [Business legal name must be configured] ([Business address]). This agreement is intended to be legally binding when the business issues its signed offer and the seller electronically accepts that same offer before expiry. A cashout is operationally confirmed only when the business uploads the shipping label after seller acceptance. Do not ship before that confirmation. The itemized offer, disclosures, shipping deadline and any mutually accepted revision form part of this agreement. SELLER PROMISE. Seller is at least 18, owns the goods or has authority to sell them, and will send the exact products, quantities, language and condition disclosed. Goods must be genuine, lawfully acquired and accurately described. Do not send unapproved items. Pack securely, photograph contents, and retain carrier acceptance evidence. No product is purchased merely by submitting it. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING. Condition codes describe sealed outer packaging, not card grades. Separate lots may have separate prices based on disclosed dents, tears, creases and seal integrity. Standard inbound carrier shipping is covered by the business. Overnight carrier postage is split equally; any odd cent is assigned to the seller. Tracking is required and seller-paid when separately charged, with no duplicate charge when tracking is included in the carrier service. The exact carrier quote, each party’s share, tracking fee and net payout are itemized in the accepted offer. These agreed seller charges are deducted at settlement; no extra shipping deduction is imposed without fresh acceptance. Labels are supplied through the deal after agreement. SHIP-BY PRICE SCHEDULE. The itemized offer states the exact carrier-acceptance deadline, on-time unit price and reduced late unit price for each lot. Seller accepts both tiers before shipment. If label issuance leaves less than 24 hours before the original cutoff, the shipping deadline extends to 24 hours after label confirmation; it is never shortened. The carrier must actually accept the parcel by that cutoff; label purchase or tracking upload alone does not qualify. The business verifies the handoff timestamp using carrier history or a receipt at arrival and records its evidence. Carrier transit delays after timely acceptance do not reduce the price. Only the explicitly agreed late reduction applies automatically; unrelated condition, quantity or fee revisions require fresh consent. RECEIPT AND INSPECTION. Carrier delivery is verified against the receiving log; a tracking scan alone does not establish contents or condition. Inspection is targeted within 2 business days after verified receipt. We document quantity, seals, authenticity concerns and discrepancies, and notify the seller of delays or issues in the deal thread. Shipping loss or damage is investigated with carrier evidence; a prepaid label does not guarantee safe arrival. Any carrier insurance coverage must be confirmed in writing before shipment. OUR PAYMENT OBLIGATION. For goods that arrive and conform to the accepted offer, the business must pay the agreed amount. Payout is processed no later than 5 business days after inspection approval, excluding weekends and the holiday dates displayed in the portal. Provider settlement times may add time after initiation. The payout tracker shows its deadline and external transaction reference once sent. A business funding shortfall does not cancel the payment obligation. PAYOUT METHOD AVAILABILITY. A method may be temporarily unavailable because of provider limits, account restrictions, technical issues or the funding rail used for a payout. We will explain the issue in the portal and request an available alternative. We do not silently change the destination or treat an unavailable method as a forfeiture. Any revised timing or additional fee requires explicit agreement; an unresolved method change does not erase money owed. Never disclose passwords, verification codes, card numbers, full bank details or a Social Security number here. DISCREPANCIES. Missing, counterfeit, tampered or materially misdescribed items may be rejected and are not payable as conforming goods. The seller receives the inspection findings and may accept an itemized revised offer or dispute it. Accepted conforming goods remain payable; we do not confiscate legitimate goods as a penalty. Rejected goods and return shipping are resolved in writing before return. Suspected fraud may lead to suspension or a permanent ban after review and evidence preservation. Items are never silently destroyed or retained without a lawful basis. ELECTRONIC RECORDS. Your typed name and affirmative checkbox signify intent to sign this transaction electronically. A modern browser and the ability to save or print this page are required. Both parties can download the offer, terms, signatures and audit history. Request a paper copy at no charge, update contact details, or withdraw consent to future electronic transactions through the support thread or support@zerotcg.app. Withdrawal does not cancel already accepted obligations. DISPUTES AND LAW. Report a concern through the deal thread promptly. The business will review evidence and respond; no mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed here. Governing jurisdiction: [must be configured], subject to applicable mandatory law. This policy is a business template; configuration and legal review are needed before live trading.
